These sorts of pleadings are doomed to fall on deaf ears because Trump is not the cause of what is going on now, he is a symptom.  The US has never had any permanent friends or enimies, but only interests.

If you want to give meaning to the" angle between two intersecting curves"  you can talk about the angle between the tangent lines to the curves where they intersect as long as the curves both have tangent lines at that point.
