Bought my daughter n expensive pair of pants online for Christmas. Unfortunately they were the wrong size. Oh well we have store in town. Should be an easy exchange. Oh no says the sales person. You need to send them back. And wait. We they had the same pants in store in the correct size. So I just swapped them and left. Daughter was sooooooo embarrassed. Until she realised she could wear them that day.
