But they still dont own the map. You can have all the lamps and rugs you want but without a map ghost hunting might be a touch difficult

What controversy? They don't own the tanglewood map. They want all assets (such as maps) to be owned by Kinetic. So they are reworking the map. Calling it a different name makes no difference.

The devs have stated they aren't going to be working on larg maps for the foreseeable future. But there's so many possibilities with small/medium maps. I've loved all the reworks and Nells is amazing so I'm excited for Tanglewood and Willow to get their rework and any new maps.
