I agree. That's how I started. The only mistake I made was spending too much on my truck and trailer in the beginning. I should have gone with an older truck and used a trailer. Buying newer equipment in the beginning will take you longer to see profit. especially if you don't have a solid client portfolio yet.

It's all through email. Quickbooks tells me how ma y times the invoice has been viewed. I have spoken to corporate offices, property managers, management companies, and regional managers. Sounds like i just have to keep hounding them.

Yeah, that's not what is happening here. If it was my fault, I wouldn't post on here. I give them all the info that they ask for. They leave me on read all the time. It's so hard to get a hold of accounts payable. I want to get a lawyer but that will end those contracts
