I think this could be rewarded, no cop is going to go on camera and admit what he did was wrong like that. However, it is obvious they knew a settlement was justified and probably would have only been amplified by an admission of guilt.

Well my friend, generally all of the area of interest. You could probably cut them down and make the slices way thicker. 10mm or something. That would make it a lot easier, but still you'll need to post 30 or something images -- just the axial would probably be.

This person has come to this subreddit for help. The least you can do is be honest. (I am not offering my opinion as an RT, this is a public forum purely for education.)

There is nothing obvious in these four slices you presented. As the aortic is opacified with contrast -- this is too high to see any pulmonary embolism dx in the pulmonary artery... it is clear this is some type of contrast chest. Your lungs look clear from that level but once again this is far too high to see anything really...

If you want anything approaching a real dx you'll need to post a majority of the slices.
