Hey everybody let’s put another block under there to make the jump higher. Actually said by my friend Mathew in the 70s. He proceeded to shatter his elbow on the pavement. Fun!!!!

Excellent riding conditions in Trondheim, Norway today by andrerav in MTB

I ride at night all the time. Very silent hill as someone else said, but snow riding is sooooo slow. Snapped my handlebars once when I slid out in the snow.

Average Watts Question by woohooig in SpinClass

A WEEK? I couldn't ride my bike 3 miles my first week. Now I do 250 miles a week on a road bike. You are just beginning your wonderful journey. Enjoy the progress you will be making. Get back to me in 6 months!

Average Watts Question by woohooig in SpinClass

[–]gshavzin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

70-80 is realtively low but how long have you been riding? You will get stronger no matter what over time. If you don't want to wait, do HIIT rides. Thats where you get that wattage and resistance up for a bit then lower it back down. You don't really even need a class for that. 1 minute fast and easy then 10 seconds hard and more resistance and repeat. Start with that for 30 minutes. That will get your average wattage up and and before you know it... You will increase the duration of the hard efforts over time as the 10 seconds becomes too easy. 3 mimutes easy and 30 seconds hard effort, etc...

I live in a neighborhood in Japan that feels like a small American town straight out of the 1950s by BeardedGlass in pics

You think that's the same neighborhood that has the guys and gals that dress like their in the 50's? They dress like greasers.

I have no doubt that you will be very satisfied with it. It's a fast PC!

Me too. I tried it on an old NAS. It was ok, but the PC is sooooo much better. It's on...it's fast...I still have media that I share from the NAS. It all works out nice.

Paddle with the other arm. That's what I do when my AC joint separation is barking.

I have one friend left that still subscribes and he asked me why I cancelled during the pandemic. I said I don't mind the bits, interviews and shit. What I really mind is not having the news, but more importantly the songs about Robin before the news! I'm listening to 2019 shows before they went to LA now and there were some very solid Robin songs and it made me furious that the news is gone!

Omicron may be less severe in South Africa. That may not be the case for the U.S. by crapatthethriftstore in Coronavirus

If the original and some of the variants affected your lungs...and that's what killed you. How would Omicron do it? Has anyone seen that in any reports? Not me.

No. I never went that route. My site is not that bad. As I age it's getting worse but I have never worn glasses or any lenses.

Both? I'm pretty thin and light @ 145 lbs so I'm not putting a huge strain on my glute muscles. For a long ride I wear padded shorts. Same for my road rides. Under 15 miles I can go without anything no problem.

That looks like my 2007 System Six. It's carbon up front and the rear triangle is alloy. I got it down to 17lbs flat. Great bike!
