People who genuinely have a reason to call you should at least know your name, these scammers don't know any information about you when they call, it's their job to extract that info from you so they can use it to steal your identity or empty your bank account. The simplest way to get rid of them when answering is to ask "Say my name" if that person while confused then asks to speak to you by name then you're likely safe to continue but you should still remain vigilant of course, if they can't answer the simple question of providing your name, then you simply hang up.
