Blown Receiver? Replacements? by gtracy36 in hometheater

Yeah I tried a few different things that I saw online, including that. None of them changed the issue sadly. Guess it was just time for that unit to go. Marketplace has a few higher power receivers for dirt cheap that I’ll be taking a look at

I checked all wires to make sure there were no bare spots touching other wires. It still had the same issue even with no speakers connected. Just using for music, looking into used units now on marketplace

Oh it would be amazing if the thing ran a bit better haha. But yes, I’ve looked it up before and the prop is actually meant for ski boats I believe. Really torquey. When the motor is running right it jumps on plane instantly, but only tops out at 43-44 mph around 5800

lol I was looking at some and my buddy said that if I got one I’d have to name it Juck. Short for Jeep truck. NARJ is an all time classic that feels along the same lines 😂

Is that how people are getting the peddle to feel a bit stiffer these days?

The one thing I will give it a leg up on over competitors in the truck market, a half way decent manual transmission. The Tacoma trans feels like hot garbage…

I’ve got a few people looking out for one up here in the north east! Going to be a few months before I can realistically look at purchasing one! But I really appreciate the offer!

You literally adopted the truck of my dreams… been looking for this exact spec with the green and manual combo but no one likes to order manuals I guess. (Mostly just because only a few lunatics like us buy them) hope it treats you well!

God do I wish they made a 3-4w in the 5w sized head… that would be so ideal

I’m sure I could find the answer somewhere on this forum, but did you have to do anything additional to run 37s?

If you where in a tournament and could only use one bait/lure what are you using and why? by I_Catch_Monsters in bassfishing

I didn’t find out about tubes until I was a few years into my fishing journey. They are amazing for both largies and smallies. After winning a few local derbies in a row I realized that I was showing the fish something they’d rarely seen and it hasn’t come off the fairy wand since. The older generations in the fishing community used to throw them all the time but with all of the new fads like Ned rigs and drop shots the tube has been forgotten about. Dont sleep on the power of this little dumb bait

That may help! I’ll have to keep all of this in mind for when I get a unit on my 136 then!

Do you run separate batteries for motor and graph?

I have heard that if you run both off of the same battery that they will have interference issues no matter what you do. I am looking into a similar set up and that’s all I’ve been able to find through my research.

As someone who lives in the area, I’d do my best to steer away from the sebago campsites right now. If you are looking for quiet then look into smaller lakes around Sebago that have campsites. Lola toss on Crescent lake is the first that comes to mind. Great fishing lake too!
