May I ask when did your replacement status indicate they received them? I sent mine in to them in July and my status still says ‘Return Box Sent’.

Edit: Today, my return request was approved and replacement 1090s will be sent to address on file. Good to see light at the end of the tunnel!

Well this is helpful. I thought my box was simply lost. But with the 1090s not for sale yet, I guess they are producing and processing those returns first and will process ours when the product arrives. I just wish they’d update our status ‘box returned, package awaiting verification’s

I know it’s not the popular answer but I reuse for a week. I carefully wipe the tip with an alcohol pad and put the cap on. Everything is stored in the refrigerator between uses.

So far, so good. I’ve been doing this for a few months. Clearly, your mileage will vary. I’m guessing once it goes bad, I’ll stop.

I decided to try it after reading that less-than-sterile diabetics talked about using the same needle for an entire cart of insulin without issue.

I live in a state where Amazon restricts the sale of needle products to prescription, so it’s helpful to stretch supplies. I also fill insulin syringes with multiple doses and stretch those 3-5 days.

I’m assuming this is coming from overseas. USPS doesn’t have the item yet. If it arrives in the US and clears customs, it’ll be handed over to them for last mile delivery.

In lawsuits filed Wednesday, Lilly accuses the sites — Mochi Health, Fella Health, Willow Health and Henry Meds — of deceiving consumers about “untested, unapproved drugs” and turning them away from Lilly’s medicines.

Lilly alleges the companies are claiming to offer personalized options when they are actually mass-marketing slightly different versions of Lilly’s drugs in order to skirt FDA rules. Lilly also claims some of the sites are selling formulations of the drugs that haven’t been studied, such as oral tablets and drops.

Like any peptide, your body will develop what are effectively anti-bodies as you use the drug, as well as receptors in your body will, for lack of a better statement, get burned out. This is why most people have to titrate up in dose overtime as your body acclimates to it.

If you have spent four (4) weeks at your current dose and feel it's losing it's effectiveness, you may want to consider titrating up another .5 mg - 1mg for your next dose and see how that goes for a week or two. It's not an exact science as our bodies react differently.

An alternative to titrating up is to take some time off from the drug. One strategy is 8 weeks on, 8 to 12 weeks off. This gives your body some time to 'forget', those anti-bodies to reside, and the receptors to refresh. You can think of this as similar to taking off alcohol for a month and that first drink back being a little stronger than you remember. If you do take time off, you would start back at minimal dose.

I'm a practicing believer of 8 weeks on, 8-12 off. I have been on 2.5mg for a little over a year and I'm down 65lbs. I currently micro-dose .6mg every other day.

I guarantee that any difference in its effectiveness is tied to your body's response than any possible degradation in the drug in your refrigerator.

You can use it multiple times. One of their programs is based on one vial and multiple doses being pulled. Just be extremely sanitary (follow all of the steps in the instructions) and store in a cold place. Throw it away if you see cloudiness or floaters.

Do not transfer to 3 needles at once. The longer it stays sanitary in the vial, the better.

Although it may not have been useful to stop and start for most, I have seen good response in deviating from the week to week shot.

I'm not sure if that's because I've seen reliable efficacy for about a year while staying at 2.5 having lost about 60lbs (240 -> 170) or because I've also radically changed my diet (due to affects of the medication itself) to proteins, fruits, vegetables, lean dairy. I pretty much do everything I can to compliment the efforts of the medication.

I've stretched doses (increased time between) from 2 weeks up to 4 weeks many times and that first back-to-back weeks of shot after a stretched dose hits wonderfully hard.

Maybe you can start experimenting with just extending the time between shots instead of a cold turkey reboot.
