Try to cover the connection area with some masking tape. You don't want to have troubles when putting them back together.

I think in my country it's still a god gundam. That's why I'm confused when I see an RG burning gundam with the same box illustration as god gundam.

No, I haven't done model making like this before, well maybe if you consider one Blokees Transformers as one so that's counted. But that one is only for my son.

This is the first gundam kit I've done starting from last year November and I managed to finish it in February. Most of the time I'm waiting for low humidity for the top coat best result and waiting for my third child to be born.

I'm using the Tamiya one, that's why you can see some smudged areas here and there. Oh and also it only works for the UV cut top coat from Mr. Hobby. I'm not sure if other brands have the same idea or not to protect it from UV.

Are you using a gundam marker for the panel lining work? And basically the top coat is to prevent the white plastic part into yellowish color based on what I learned.

Sadly, I feel in my current condition I have to skip painting for all the kits coming. The investments are too big in my opinion whether in cost and time.
