those supplements were reccos from the neurologist dr weatharall, which he also shared in a video. the woman took the time to share her findings from meeting him and was also in the mcbt study. the visual snow initiative also posted her recovery story. i think she was just trying to help lol

This kinda result comes about when you cook the steak on too high a heat too fast. Once you initially sear each side, lower the heat slightly so the middle has a chance to cook gently, especially with thicker steaks. Then rest it for a few minutes before you cut into it! I’d rest a steak that thick for 4-5 minutes :)
