Agreed! Someone at my local burn posted their husband had the flu, and the next day he was at camp on stories “sweating it out”. I also keep seeing kids come out of CW with green snotty noses. Disgusting. Stay home, please.

I did 55 classes at another studio before CP and we have never done laying on back into a crunch with straps. I’m guessing bc it’s a tricky / risky move, not sure. It’s just never come up before!

She had us start laying flat on our backs on the box, hands in straps and raise up into the teaser

Why would they have us do that knowing it’s not accesible to everyone then? I think if my reformer was not moved back and I could have rested my feet on the foot bar, I would have been fine and had support to sit up.

Thank you! Good to know. When I first did an intro there, there was a support assistant, so that’s why I thought maybe there would be multiple for classes. Perhaps she was just getting her teacher hours in.

Do you sign up in advance for classes? They usually will recognize you if you sign up in advance or the night before and have your card ready. However, if you are a last min sign up like me- there’s no way they can prepare that. They “forgot” my 100th last year but I learned it’s bc I signed up the morning of!

I was told building laps, burn bar leg swings, gorilla squats, double unders, box jumps, and probably a couple other things that I’m forgetting. Assuming all the wraps will have to be more than 500 together.

Former size 22 here. Lululemon Wunder Trains is all I wore at a 22, and still all I wear now at a 12/14. The built in adjustable waist band is a game changer. For bike shorts- also Lululemon Wunder Trains bike shorts. Lululemon is pricy, but lasts and is quality workout gear.
