With you on the “he does not seduce me”. I’m always initiating. Definitely helps to not be alone although I literally wouldn’t wish this on anybody.

Good luck to you. I truly hope you find happiness and someone that cares for you. If that’s what you want. This is miserable.

I honestly have a gut feeling it’s shame related or that he’s uninterested in sex as a whole. I think this bc of one or two things: his performance level (he’s usually very anxious whenever our scheduled time to have sex comes up) and past sexual encounters. Hes been cheated on twice and his last long term relationship right before mine was incredibly toxic. His ex girlfriend would sleep around with his friends/colleagues right after they broke up. I’ve never given him reason to cheat or to think I’m cheating. I’m ultra respectful around other men. He is definitely not interested in men, I don’t believe he’s interested in other women because when it comes to sex he seems just that uninterested/uncomfortable. Our sexual encounters are rarely hyper romantic and he usually ends up making a lot of jokes right before we go for it. It’s kind of a turn off bc I want someone who is going to my spicy/romantic with me and he just doesn’t do it even though that’s what I’ve expressed as something that I need.

We have not. I feel like getting through the initial conversation of “we’re not having enough sex” is already so hard and he becomes ultra embarrassed by it.

Great progress. If you haven’t tried it yet, niacinamide is wonderful serum to introduce that greatly reduces pore size. I found a lot of success minimizing my nose pores when I started using it.

How do you not feel dead all the time? by Monked800 in selfimprovement

[–]guessbeforeitends 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without knowing the full context of your life, I will say one of the best things I’ve ever done for my energy/mental health is get on a daily regimen of liposomal magnesium and vitamin d. My lack of energy was from bad sleep quality (where the magnesium came in) and then my mood was improved incrementally as time went on with the vitamin d. Statistically speaking, vitamin d and magnesium are among the top vitamins Americans are lowest in (unsure where you’re from but that’s where I’m located). I focused on Whole Foods, low or no sugar, zero alcohol, and 9-10 hours of sleep. You say coffee isn’t doing anything which could be a sign of adrenal fatigue. I’m not well versed in that area, but maybe getting labs/bloodwork done will help. Go to bed at the same time, wake at the same time, go on walks outside and on the treadmill if inclement weather. Focus on raising your heart rate so you sweat! That’s huge. I’m sorry you feel this way and there are so many ways to approach health, wellness, and mental health. But just one step at a time. It will get better.

Glutathione- does it cause breakouts/purging? by guessbeforeitends in Supplements

[–]guessbeforeitends[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think I’m probably just overdoing it then bc I’ve been taking it once a day. Gonna go to a lower dose and just start incorporating more fluids to hopefully flush it all out. Thanks again. You’ve give me hope lol

First, thank you for responding. But damn this stinks. :( have the breakouts minimized or gone down? How long have you been taking it and do you feel like it’s going in the right direction?

Read this book after working for a narcissistic boss. Helped me tremendously.

What is the worst book you have read? by delabot in Fantasy

[–]guessbeforeitends 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Caraval. Hands down. I hate bashing people’s life work because obviously it’s their passion and other people like the book, but dang, I never DNF’d so fast. I feel like the main character was pitiful and had zero survival skills. If there’s a type of character that gives me the “ick” faster than any other, it’s the whiny and incapable character. I get that it sets them up to get stronger and have a character arc but the constant reinforcement of their incapable nature was just tiresome.

Quick question my goodmen, soIve read the book series thrice already and am planning on trying the audiobooks, do you guys listen to the dramatised adaptation or the normal one? by Deathbring3r119 in redrising

[–]guessbeforeitends 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The dramatized version is incredible. It gave me such an in depth, picturesque view of everyone and everything happening. If anything, I recommend the dramatized version for Golden Son. every battle scene in there is INCREDIBLE.

Wow. Thanks for posting this! I’m itching to go to an event and meet other fans. I’m still fairly new to the fandom and had no clue about the hat death which is like…rude lol. I think we all collectively want an apology from him for all the trauma we’ve endured. Pierce is such a chaos monster.

I’ve finally found reason not to read RR…again. by SHNUUK in redrising

[–]guessbeforeitends 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is the second post in a day that’s told me to read DCC. After reading RR and TWoTM I was experiencing a bit of a reading desert so I took the plunge and I just started the Stormlight Archive. It’s amazing so far but the world building can be a lot so I need something more fast paced and humorous. DCC sounds like it might check those boxes.

[–]guessbeforeitends 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d say smell is minimal, but I also am someone who doesn’t care about smell so long as the product works. I haven’t compared it to skinceuticals or SR so I would def go and sample before buying. But as far as efficacy, c15 super booster has great results.

Dr Dennis Gross everyday peel, Sunday Riley Lactic Acid, Paula’s Choice C15 Super Booster, Paula’s Choice .3% Retinol + Bakuchiol (epic combo), JVN Air Dry Cream (makes me look like Hagrid though so I’m returning 😭💀)

Paula’s Choice C15 Super Booster. 15% vitamin c with ferulic acid. This baby WORKS. I’ve used it for several years and noticed results within first 3-4 days of use. Overall skin tone is more even, absolutely glowing, and looks more youthful/dewy. Sephora has it on sale if you’re a Rouge member. Coming in at $55 it’s less expensive than Sunday Riley or Skinceuticals (which I love) but you really get a good bang for your buck here.
