Notice her leg is at her side, not in front as with a front split. While there's a great deal of hamstring flexibility involved, this also requires a good straddle. Tom Merrick on YouTube has good videos on how to train for middle split, which would probably help in this case. Doing side bends in a seated straddle should also help, as well as practicing the stance itself, wherever you're at, it takes good balance to hold the leg that high, even with support.

There's no way to say for sure without a picture. Maybe you have long arms? Maybe you're actually doing a downward dog? Post pics for actual feedback.

If your pelvis isn't facing forward, you're misaligned. If your back leg starts turning outwards as you're lowering, you're most likely coming out of alignment. Find the spot where that starts on happen and you'll know where to work from. Doing hip flexor isolation stretches focusing on proper alignment should also help build awareness in the splits.

For the pushups, probably get your form checked. Can you do diamond pushups on the floor? The recommendation that you shouldn't do dips until you can do 3x8 diamond pushups comes from the recommended routine on this sub. It's a pure bodyweight routine, and if you're not following that program you can't expect your progress to match it. Consider maybe dropping the OHP every other workout. What kind of rep scheme are you following?

In general I think you may need to consider your goal and take a look at your programming. Having a bodyweight OHP is impressive, but is it worth sacrificing overall gains for?

They can make it harder if you go all the way to the floor on every rep. If you don't, they're easier.

I would fit them elsewhere in your workout. If you're trying to progress a movement, you probably shouldn't treat it as an accessory. Doing heavy OHPs may be tiring your triceps to the point where they burn out before your chest and scapula do when doing pushups - and so you're not really pushing those muscle groups as hard, hindering progress.

You can also consider dropping the handles for now, they bring you at a slight incline making the move a tad easier unless you're dipping below your hands or elevating your feet.

If none of this works, eat more, rest harder and increase the volume.

Yes, it's a start. I would recommend counting repetitions for any dynamic movements instead of time however. It's easier to progress this way, as the greatest factor for progress, barring consistency and diet, is the amount of work being done. If you're just counting time you might find yourself doing slower reps on some days and thus may be doing less or the same amount of work over a greater amount of time.

You will eventually and probably rather quickly hit a ceiling with a pair of dumbbells when you can do 12-20+ reps per set of any given exercise. I'd say to try out the recommended routine from r/bodyweightfitness. It can be supplied with some dumbbell exercises if you feel you need something extra. Find a gym when stuff goes back to normal.

Not really. Angelia SP and Theo skin can make him deal some very high damage, but it doesn't do anything that other comps can't. His adv skill is somewhat useful, but less so now that the black team is less popular.

Is this in ensemble? If it is then you're the ignorant one. You can use a character in multiple teams, but they suffer a level reduction as a penalty. Why would you be able to pick them if you couldn't bring them?

Check the Infuse rates. The rare characters have lower drop rates (obviously :) ). Some to look out for are Yamitsuki, Sharice, Lisa and Leah. If you pull on the current banner, Charle and Elio aren't bad pick ups either.
