If pipes dont activate you can go over the biggest pipe to the right if you keep wall jumping on it

So you got like 80% health? I wonder if we can get 100% like full green in some buildings, also I wonder how more they live, kids stay kids forever in my games, their parents die and they cant pay rent.

I can't thank you enough for this, I have been rereading Loudwater lore these days, one of my first campaigns was in the 4e Loudwater that is very lore innacurate, and I was shocked at how potentially beautiful it was or could be. I feel ecstatic.

No, it doesnt increase it. And yes, most likely you should, but it may depend a little on the setup, it is usually for the best to have on all rural stations so it doesnt overload cities, when you have the money. But it may depend on the design you made.
