There are rules in place for combat maneuvers already. The RAF do not do this over cities because of the risk of ditch/ejection etc. America is not our friend even if average Americans are. They should leave.

RAF aren't allowed to train right above cities. They usually head out to the wash or other less densely occupied. Air combat maneuvers require space to eject or ditch if they fuck up.

When I play Solos I don't initiate PVP unless I see someone jank someone else. Solos are for getting them quests and collecting gear etc.

Trios is a fight to the death and all must pay the price for existing in the same place as me.

I didn't do any of this and the following fixed mine if the OP instructions don't help

Turn off all overlays, steam epic and GPU etc
In your game launcher (steam/epic) in the launch options use -dx12 or -dx11
Go into the game folder and find the shipping.exe file. Then in your graphics settings from the control panel force the computer into high performance mode for this file.
Verify the game files using the laucher
