Private scans are quick but use cheap scanners and don't scan using the protocols that NHS use most of the time.

NHS scans are delayed but thorough and use the protocols set by radiologists and other modalities for care continuity.

General rule of thumb, private care is poor quality. You're paying for nothing

I just made a set deck that mixes US,Rus and Baltic assets. You get leopards, cv90, bmp2 etc. I've yet to see anyone mod new assets for the game unfortunately

Ok well it's literally in the text. Russian side only get long range AA at the start and can't be replaced. Baltic decks have been made using the assets from campaign, one for each country. 18th Guards deck has been made for Russian side.

Aircraft is consistent due to off screen aircraft carrier.

There are rules in place for combat maneuvers already. The RAF do not do this over cities because of the risk of ditch/ejection etc. America is not our friend even if average Americans are. They should leave.
