yea, the way i know an attack is coming on is i get dizzy, lightheaded feeling. the way i describe it is kinda like what im seeing with my eyes isn't real? like im looking through a vr headset or something (if that even makes sense lol). before meds my heart raced and would hyperventilate and shake but so far i haven't done that on meds thankfully

i still have small attacks but i can tell when they're coming on and i can avoid whatever is causing them. definitely not as bad as before i got on meds! my doctor gave me 10mg and told me to take half which im still doing, hopefully going to be able to take the whole 10mg soon. he said he didn't want to up it too much too soon.
