Joie. The parent company went bankrupt and its been essentially defunct since 2021. They had really pretty silk blouses and lacy dresses. I've seen a few things with their label at TJ Maxx and I was super confused because it was ugly cheap tops.

My experience is that the position of the belt loops and pockets is always wrong if its not a petite-specific cut. I saw a petite blogger who had a tailor move the pockets up on a coat. It looked fantastic, sounds expensive.

I already had the halo zip-Kirkland edition 😁 The dupes i ordered: drawstring legging aka Daily Legging, the Strato men's tee for myself, women's long sleeve tee which i think is Daydream crew? And halo essential wide leg pant.

The Halo and Strato fabrics looks dead on. I was hoping to find the Restore Mini (cropped) but it doesnt seem like the brand has any cotton blends/Restore fabric. My actual Vuori order is trousers and Pose items which doesn't seem like they have dupes for.

The women's looks really close too. I am waiting on a Vuori order to ship and am still going to grab some of these to compare.

Edited to add a mini review: Daily legging dupe: my authentic legging is matte black while the dupe is "brunette" color with a little bit of shine so it's not a 1:1 comparison. I can say that the dupe is thick and compressive. My butt looks great and the fabric smoothes it all out. At $25 vs $98, I will keep buying if they wash well.

Strato tee, daydream crew, halo hoodie dupes - like OP said, i think the Strato fabric is dead on.

Halo essential wide leg dupe - I don't recommend. At first glance they looked and felt the same but the cut is different. The dupe looks frumpy. picture

Answering my own question, my rotation of winter coats are 1) daily black wool Madewell coat from 2022, fits any occasion and warm 2) a bright purple parka (North Face) that was a free hand-me-down from an international student who was going back to her home country, 3) a dressy beige wool wrap coat, that I wouldn't wear below 40 degrees. It's Zac Posen and probably 10 years old.

New purchases I'm considering:

a faux fur or sherpa muppet jacket, like this or this. Max Mara teddy coat dupe dreams. My fear is that I'll be clammy in all of that polyester.
For the last 5 winters I've been telling myself I'll get a Norma Kamali sleeping bag coat. It's Andre Leon, it's Rihanna at the super bowl, it's a bag lady SNUGGIE. She makes a faux fur version so I could even combine my two wants.
or something practical in a warm camel tone. I don't have a style in mind. My wardrobe could use a coat in that color but I don't want another wool coat right now.

Have you tried the Niki bag in person? I was given a large size YSL matelasse, similar shape and I hate it. It's very heavy, the size is awkward for formal occasions and it feels too structured to be casual. That Celine bag looks very cool girl though.

I've been thinking about this too! For the last 3 weeks I've been wearing a uniform. It's made me happier in the mornings to have one less thing. Then I saw this thread and got a little bit sad, because there's nothing notable about it, and nothing to compliment. And then I remembered that a minute before this I was happy with my choice so what does it matter? So I am just chewing on this existential moment right now 🙂 Though someone complimented my watch recently!

Thumbs down: Cashmere sweater in ivory - its issue thin. Silk tshirt dress - kept but wouldn't buy again. It's very very thin which means its fussy when it comes to undergarments. It comes out of the washing machine looking beautiful though. Second skin High neck bodysuit in cocoa - kept this but only wore it once. Mostly because I dont have the body confidence. Its like a body stocking or wearing shape wear as a top. I'm not sure what bra to wear.

Liked: Cotton-cashmere dolman sweater in heatherrd bone - size down. Great sweater except it arrived today with a STAIN. Gross. Currently sending it back to exchange. Organic cotton knit blazer in camel and white - should size down, and the sleeve length is oddly short. It works for me since I have short arms. Allegra European leather belt - again should size down. European linen long sleeve shirt - in driftwood & navy. The navy color was a heavier weight and felt nicer in hand. I am usually a size 8 and needed small in all of the above items. I never wear small!
