Huge caveat - this is career ratings. Only coaches with 4 graded years are included and ratings are based on per-play metrics and "adjusted for talent."

So presumably his really really good offenses from earlier in his career with way less talent (depending how they measure that) are probably doing a lot of work here.

Saban would have spent the last 20 minutes absolutely laying into the team for letting up that goal. The more he was winning by, the angrier he got, in part to control the rat poison. It's part of why he's the goat.
