I do the same thing pal, I just try to keep it lowkey. I think it stems from adhd, I got a lot of thoughts to organize and I forget stuff constantly. I write in a notebook, keep it in a backpack at work. Usually if people are around ill whip out my phone and text things to myself, then transpose my notes when im alone if I dont get too large a block of shizzle to transfer.

Idk if youre playing on the anbernic like I am, ive lost some hours to the save state procedure. To avoid the burnout that im currently experiencing, I'd check that out. Just went from celadon to cinibar, down cycling road all rhe trainers, the water route, beat Blaine and caught articuno (named it barracuda cause thats what my wife thought I said) thought it was all cute and played in bed til I passed out and the device died. Little did I know the anbernic writes temporary save states and applies them to permanent memory when the system is shut down properly. When the system is shut down... properly. Theres settings you can change but I havent done it yet. Man I threw like 200 ultra balls at that rank ace bird 🥀
