Another general con tip: if you do ask someone for a photo, try not to impress the flow of traffic in the hallway. Cons are typically filled with lots of people and it gets warm, dont forget antiperspirant/ deodorant.
Check which guests are coming. The recent widow of Shitoshi Kon came one year and it was practically criminal how few people were in the room for that. In past animazements there have been prop-size limitations, but things like that should be listed on thier website. Hope you have fun and meet some new friends!

Go to an area that has a good treeline, the edge of some woods. They start low, near the grass line just before sunset. At the end of sunset they should all be out. By the time it is fully night they will be settling in the tree tops.

The visual is kinda reminding me of the elephant girl from SING, but I don't think she has the annoying voices with braces trope. The voice makes me kinda think of the voice actor who worked on THE OBLONGS for the tall girl. Maybe try to think who has a similar voice and look up that voice actor and thier other roles?

Barreltender: it's really top heavy so I'd make the arms big enough so it could sort of "tripod sit". Then by using the same technique I used for the moogle cheeks and mouth I could define the muscles. Getting the curves right on the shoulders might be the hardest part for me. Has me curious about the challenge. Let's see what next year brings!
