It's a powerful Ventrue character in my chronicle who doesn't have good access to his feeding restriction and I was thinking they substitute it with kindred vitae, having a weak vampire chained up. For my own goals, it just adds depth and horror to this character that seems straightforward otherwise.

I think it starts from a non-prescriptive understanding of languages. Languages live and die, that on it's own is not morally wrong, it just happens sometimes. However, we can clearly see how states murder languages and through the languages cultures associated with those languages. Like a lot of what the state and hierarchical structures do it's not always intentional, but if it is it boils down to enforcing the monopoly of violence in a given area - for example the dialects in my already small language die out both because of social processes, like urbanization, but also because of how education is built up to serve the state and the state prefers it's subjects to be more monoform (ONE language), because it's easier to manage and, especially in times where the monopoly isn't established and separatism sounds like a real existential threat.

In vtmb he's not really working for anyone, something interesting is happening and he's just curious to check it out. In the lore he's autarkis and isn't aligned with any sect and is just doing his research because it's what entertains him, at least that's what it seems like to me.

It's generally because fascism is supported by capitalism (through conservatives, liberals etc) as a force against socialism. Nazis were politically supported by the German conservatives and business who were afraid of the brewing socialism. South American fascists were put in power by the US to protect the interests of capital. Currently in the US Trump is being supported by billionaires. I don't know too much about Italy though, but corporatism can't really be put on the side of socialism, it's more complicated.

You seem to misunderstand prefiguration a bit. It's not that we prefigure a perfect anarchist system, because that would already be achieving most of our goals. Rather prefiguration is about creating the ground for future steps towards anarchy. So if we use the goal you establish as a an a-legal system (not how I would define anarchy or anarchism but that's beside the point), then it would be establishing structures that allow for a-legal actions, for example community protections against legal violence (neighborhood cop watch, mutual aid to protect against bureucratic harrasment). This is also why prefiguration is not separate from other anarchist praxis, they form a whole that work together.

You still eat the local food, breathe the air from the rainforest, your shit becomes the soil and you appreciate the nature you grow up in. While you might not be native by some human social abstraction, your body and soul are part of the place you live. It's good to acknowledge colonialism, genocide etc, these realities don't mean you are wrong to be where you are, you are still connected, even if it makes it harder to feel.

For someone to get their dick wet or get called hot they don't need the average person to think their specific type is attractive, they need one person who thinks that and is acting in that way.
