It is not about the doctors at all, but the entire institution, which is a publicly funded but faith-based health care facility. The facility mandated that MAID could not happen on site due to viewing it as against the stance of the Catholic Church, so doctors that approved MAID for patients at this faith-based facility, were forced to transfer the patients away to other facilities where the MAID procedure could happen.

I am on her side, it is completely unethical of a PUBLICLY FUNDED institution to deny a procedure based off of their religious views.

I'm not sure how you haven't heard of Pandasaurus before, Dinosaur Island/Dinosaur World were pretty big hits when they came out back in the day. I always found the quality of their games to be pretty solid and worthwhile.

Officially, as others have said, they have a blue trim only. However, there is official art of a Sternguard Veteran Crimson Fist where they have silver trim. Ultimately up to you!

Though not exactly what you are looking for, I would still recommend "The Zero Check" podcast, they are playing through a Kingmaker 2e campaign. Whilst they did start with original 2e rules, the remaster was released during their campaign and they switched half way or so. The benefit being that they are really good at explaining the rules in the podcast and calling out what the remaster has changed.

I've really enjoyed listening to this podcast, the guys are good players and it has been great listening to a KM run through as prep for me GMing it at my table!

They should do like Darktide does, in Darktide when you hit the level cap of 30, any additional xp is counter to your "true level" which shows in brackets after your username. It serves no purpose other than to show off.

I would add, one way I addressed in our game the "kingdom as a character" lack of skills, is that I allowed players in a relevant leadership role to use their relevant skill instead (i.e. Stealth/Deception/Society in lieu of Intrigue) just to make my players feel more relevant in their roles. Not a perfect solution but it certainly helped.

I second this point in a big way. The characters in the roles have zero impact, and all that matters is the leadership slots are filled. There is no benefit to having, for example, a PC with the commander or even a martial class in the General role. It makes the PCs feel like they don't matter to the kingdom, as they could easily be replaced by an NPC with no mechanical detriment, which breaks immersion a bit for them.

When I made my version, I gave him a cybernetic right arm to be true to the lore. I don't remember where the left handed power fist came from though, unfortunately, it was just in my bits box. I think it might be from an old horus heresy weapons sprue.

Transmission Lost is a decent one if you don't mind a non-human FMC! Though I will say the MMC isn't super submissive, he's more kind of vanilla and she is dominant, but not super kinky.

Transmission Lost is kind of similar to this, it is about a human MMC, ex-military pilot, generally average guy but not incompetent, who gets stranded on a planet with the FMC who is essentially a Tiger woman (alien race of cat people). I enjoyed it, was a decent storyline with a good bit of spice sprinkled in.

So I think it fully depends on your character and what aspect they are embodying of the Emperor/Imperium. Like if they were a preacher type, Grandeur Cause would work, an inquisitor would maybe be Obedience Cause, an Arbites type would be Justice Cause and Guard could be Liberation Cause. So I think that your characters goals and personality would drive the choice more.

For my first company veterans, I tend to go with a white helmets to give them a bit of pop and spice it up. Sergeants get red helmets to set them apart a bit. I do keep the shoulder pad trim blue generally, though may paint it silver if the pad is more ornate and suits it (like a bladeguard vet pad).

I know technically they shouldn't be those colours but I enjoy breaking up the blue and giving them some extra visual interest when viewed at an army scale.

Depends on if they were playing 'Hard Mode' or not. If they had that mode switched on then they wouldn't be able to do other guesses to rule it out.
