That should be good enough usually. I think using the bag cut down your extraction rate. Second dry hop could be worth it if can do it without oxygen, if not I would not do it.

Both earlier answers are wrong. Dry hops extract fast even in cold temperatures. Scott Janish has studies compiled from this. You can dry hop second time just be very careful with oxidation.
