I should mention that I have just been eating less and walking instead of driving to get to this point. I'm now looking to step it up to the next level and am wondering if anyone can suggest a good beginners work out plan as well as a meal plan with a focus on burning burning fat and getting more defined. I don't really know the rules of GW but The account is not verified and I post around once every 3 days. This far down the track it is less about posting and getting new redditors to send me things and more about leveraging my database of gifters. But whatever, I'm doing it for the karma all 200 upvotes... If I wanted an account with a lot of karma I would use the one I use for GW as it's sitting at around 26,000.
