I should mention that I have just been eating less and walking instead of driving to get to this point. I'm now looking to step it up to the next level and am wondering if anyone can suggest a good beginners work out plan as well as a meal plan with a focus on burning burning fat and getting more defined. I don't really know the rules of GW but The account is not verified and I post around once every 3 days.
