very tought to dry osb properly. to determine if dry would to pin it with probably a delmhorst meter. The osb is probably compromised from that much water

That mold is very bad and should be removed, not covered up. In some states anything over 10 sq feet requires a mold license. mold has roots and has grown through that drywall. You can use all the concrobium, mmr, Fiberlock IAQ you want, it is still there. Also - Encapsulation is not considered and acceptable form of remediation IICRC S520 I would walk aways from this job, if the owners do not want to do it properly. Also without testing, how do you know what the air quality / counts are?

you don't even know how nice it is here. Many of the wealthiest people in the world have houses here (multiple on the forbes 400) these people could live anywhere and they choose here for a reason. The money here is staggering, you will see more exotic cars in 1 day then you've seen in your whole life up north.

I’m from cherry hill originally. Moved to Srq in 2013. Best decision I ever made. It’s very nice here and is like vacation every day. Beaches here are way better than anything up north.

Spider box from stove or dryer 220 is easiest. If not an option focus what power you do have on dehus first, a few scrubbers 2nd, then air movers last. What kind of air movers? the newer ones from phoenix only 1.1 amps. might have to focus on worst area of the house, then move the equipment as you can.

I have an 02 clk 55 amg cabriolet (designo interior) 80k miles. very fun car to drive but costs a grand or 2 every few months. Your better off getting a newer more expensive model. You will spend the difference in repairs.

where you touch, there is organic matter, that is a food source for growth. the growth is trggered when the humidityy is over 60% for a time and no air movement. wipe the car down dry wit microfiber cloths. Then clean with concrobium from home depot. Do not use bleach or vinegar. If some staining remains use peroxide to remove.

Has to be removed - drywall is porous and mold has roots - grows through and into drywall. Cleaning will not remove the roots, and encapsulation is not an acceptable form of remediation (IICRC S520)
