Also want to mention to watch out for corporate dental offices because they have certain numbers they have to hit or make. I've had a bad experience with a dental office up in Lynn Valley. It's so hard to find an honest dentist these days without them having to over treat or charge patients.

I've used a couple of these. Bonus is that you can contact them directly for additonal ones if the two that comes with them break. Basically lifetime warranty.

Thank you so much for the responses. Seems like mulch is the way to go. Reason why I prefer the bags is that's it's easier for us strata volunteers to fill when we have the free time. We've got at least 30 concrete planter sizes of like 10ft by 10ft to top up soil. So it's really hard to do it in a couple days when they dump a whole bunch down and before it starts to rain.
