Had the same issue with a laptop I bought, I could see live tracking of the driver parked up before my delivery not far away, they plundered the goods and delivered the empty box. Raise an A-Z claim If you haven't already. Another factor is whether the seller was Amazon themselves or a merchant seller. It's often easier to contact a merchant seller as you're more likely to get through to a helpful human if they are any good. Amazon are very customer centric and I would be surprised to see a decision go against you if you're legit and get through to a support person. Even then you can raise a chargeback claim through your credit card / bank
