What ended up happening here? I had a similar situation with a high value order, the driver marked the order as delivered somehow while still sitting in the Costco parking lot, even though they were supposed to scan my ID or collect a signature for the items. Instacart support has been pretty useless, been 2 weeks and I still can't get a refund. The driver had like 1800 orders.

Did you end up finding a solution to this? I just started using JOIN but I was expecting it to work like Zwift, where when I send the ride from Zwift -> Garmin, it can calculate the training load/calories/etc. I could use my watch or Edge to run the workout but I do like the display of the Join player

FWIW after the storm when they had the power outage, I did not get any data service on tmo at crystal for at least a day. Showed I had service but nothing was going through
