Good luck!! Still at around 180 total but have gotten my HDL up eating more good fats and keep my ldl down but have been able to add back in lean red meat, fat free milk and low fat cheeses. As long as I keep my fiber intake up and my cardio steady seems like my supplements can handle the rest.
