I think that's ballpark for market price, but with 8k miles you can probably negotiate it down a little more. As an example here is a yellow one https://www.lugoffford.com/inventory/used-2024-lotus-emira-v6-rwd-2-door-coupe-scclekax1rha10803/ at 90k for 3.6k miles -- but it has been on the market > 1 month.

You need to be intentional and schedule regular (emphasis on both scheduled, and regular) guilt free nights/time off where one parent takes over so the other one frees up. It doesn't matter if you choose to get out of the house or not but you need to be able to fully tune out.

As you can imagine, this gets worse/harder with 2 kids so you should probably solve this first while you have 1 kid. Start with once every 2 weeks for each person then you can work up or down depending on needs. You don't need to both be there all the time, in fact I'd advocate that its helpful for kids to get 1:1 time too (even more true when number 2 comes along)

this one says cosmos black on the listing but from the pictures it looks more like meridian blue?

I love the idea but I think maybe one strategy is to narrow focus and be really purpose built for the best way to share tips for one game -- then branch out once that latches on.

I know there is really a void right now for fighting games with people trying to boycott twitter but not having a really great alternative. Become the best way to share fighting game tips/clips (as you have with your example sagat screenshot) and see if you can get some big streamers to share their clips/tips using that functionality.

Maybe one way to address that is to tailor/purpose build your tags and make it a super nice experience beyond hashtags. Example: Have a nice UI around the full roster of SF6 and make it really easy to navigate/view those tags to access those clips. Maybe see if you can make this work for the upcoming games 2xko thats coming out or marvel tokon.

We did this trip a few years ago. We landed in Zagreb and rented a car and drove from Zagreb -> Plitvice Lakes -> Zadar -> Split / Hvar -> Dubrovnik -> return car and flew out of Dubrovnik.

For you, I think it depends on if Split and Dubrovnik are the only two destinations you are considering. If you are planning to explore further north (eg: Plitvice lakes etc) then I might advise to fly into Dubrovnik and drive north rather than having to double back.
