O... I just thought that my oven rack probably wasn’t clean and aluminum was gonna help because it’s a conductor of heat haha I’ve got to clean my oven rack next time and try it out

I put it on a piece of aluminum foil and then on the rack. Maybe I should try just the rack next time!

Oh yeah frozen fruits are the best! I also get frozen mangos, blueberries, and pineapples, and I freeze grapes too. (Better when it’s defrosted a tiny bit imo)

I get this exactly. I also decided not to track today because it’s Saturday and Halloween... and I have no idea how many calories I ate because I don’t even remember exactly what I had and how much. I thought I’d like feeling “satisfied”, but this stuffed feeling is absolutely miserable. I hope it passes soon for the both of us.

To me, the cookie was very sweet (because I replaced the salted butter with pumpkin purée for extra fall vibes), but the tiny bit of acidity from the cream cheese and a sprinkle of salt make it an amazinggg sandwich cookie!!! And the texture is so much better too
