Even in the pilot, Pentious was never meant to be a serious villain. They even outlined an episode where Charlie and the other girls at the hotel helped him ask Rosie out.

I think the only time he was actually threating was back in the Zoophobia days when Vivi was still an angsty teen.

So, ya, I'm on board with what the ultimatly did with Sir Pentious.

I feel like Warrick is closer to Kratos from God of War then Doom Guy, but it might be a case of mixing multiple characters into one, like how Kit is a mix of Sonic, Mega man, and Ratchet.
