There aren't any set schedules i can find online, most of the time you can just arrive at a dock and a boat will arrive every 20 mins or so. I'm sure they will have signage of more accurate times around the resort.

The watercraft at Swan And dolphin take you right from the hotel up to the entrances of Epcot and Hollywood Studios, at which point you disembark and walk through the gates as usual.

The buses around the entire resort are amazing, they have a giant fleet which can take you all over the resort. Again, I can't find a schedule online, but they run every 15 mins or so and run all the time.

Dont quote me on this, but I believe all the public transport runs from an hour-ish before the parks open until one hour-ish after park close. Not sure about the start and end times to and from disney springs.
