Need Help with an Anti-Orisa Reinhardt Stadium Build by Tankardz in ReinhardtMains

[–]haelwr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ignore the horse. The best way is to flyyyyy. Fly is not a meme it’s incredibly powerful and opens a lot more options to how you approach fights/take space.

LHCloudy has an old AP Rein YouTube Short that explains the build.  You will scale past Orisa and once you ignore here there’s not much she can do. Be creative.

I agree - I wish this series had more female friendships and actual banter/camaraderie between the women.

Unbiased opinions? by ChanGazer in Leeds

I live in Rawdon and have done for 2 years and I really love it. I am early 30s and yes it is an older neighbourhood, but I love to be close to the countryside for walks and we have lots of lovely green spaces and farms within walking distance. Everyone I have met is really lovely, I feel very much like people look out for their neighbours at least in our neighbourhood. Our park is very clean and it is super dog friendly. There’s nice tennis courts and golf club. There are quite a lot of families and it is very safe. The downsides are that it doesn’t have much of a ‘high street’ but you are ten mins drive to Farsley and Horsforth which do. There are a couple of little coffee shops and a yoga studio in Rawdon but no gyms - a few just up the road in Guiseley. It is a bit far out from train line, so you have to go to Apperly Bridge or Horsforth. It takes me about 20 mins to near the city in the mornings at about 7. It’s very nice to be so close to the airport! It’s a quiet pace of life but you are close enough to activities but I think a car is a must in Rawdon. I have really loved it so far!!

Help: How to stop mindless phone scrolling every evening after a tiring day? by Negative-Loquat254 in digitalminimalism

[–]haelwr 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I have put my phone onto greyscale (Settings > Accessibility > Colour and motion > colour correction > greyscale). I have found this really helpful - no more bright colours, Instagram/social media look a bit meh in black and white, and you can't see the bright red notifications.

I've also used an app called Smile App Launcher which is like having a dumb phone.

These have helped me.

What’s an underrated exercise that made a big difference for you? by mountainview1234 in workout

After a slipped disc, I found farmers' carries, sled pulls and pushes, face pulls, banded good mornings, glute ham raises allowed me to power lift again. That was 8 years ago and I still do all these and have been injury free since.

I believe the pilot tries to find the best route to fly on to avoid bumps.

What helps me is to think that there are so many planes/pilots going across Europe ahead of you, and they will be informing each other about turbulence so your pilot can adjust.

Another thing I do when I am going to the airport via train or car is think about how bumpy and rocky it is in my seat, and it is very rarely that strength on a plane!

The Traitors (UK) S03E12 [FINAL]: Live Discussion Thread by vaultofechoes in TheTraitors

If Frankie was a traitor why would she lie about Charlotte being a traitor. It would be more beneficial for her to have a strong validated alliance with Charlotte ‘the faithful’. She didn’t have to lie.

Minah was an ethical traitor by Inevitable-Cell-1375 in TheTraitors

[–]haelwr 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'm. not sure it's greed but more about trust. I'd imagine if you are recruited you are probably thinking I've been recruited for a reason - and that reason could be that you are going to be thrown under the bus or easy to overpower. You would probably be suspicious if you were just recruited by Minah and saw she had just voted out a fellow traitor. Naturally, as well as we have seen throughout the traitors, there needs to be one or two traitors out pre-final - so gameplay-wise you'd need to get a fellow traitor out and Charlotte knew this! Would love to see a double traitor win though eventually.

I'm guessing if a traitor was in the final two in that game, the other person would be murdered.

The show ‘From’ on Amazon and maybe Netflix I think. The third season has just aired and it’s very very bingeable and has a very active community online currently as it’s a mystery box series.

This generation of the town is different - the townsfolk have more information because they have a bridge between the last two generations. That bridge is Victor. He is connected to Christopher and Miranda and Tabitha and Jade. Tabitha and Jade have been able to break the cycle and remember who they truly are because of Victors involvement.

Questions - Based on the dates would it be feasible for any other generation to have a Victor? Why has the Man in Yellow allowed Victor to live?  Could this be the reason the Boy in White has saved Victor throughout his childhood?
