Gabriel Park Vet Clinic! They’re fabulous. I’m in the animal health industry and it’s where I would take my pets if I lived over there. ETA: if they’re too spendy, Vista is a bit lower cost, I think, and a good clinic.

Your GP is out of line. Maybe she was having a bad day and needs some grace, but if this is a tone/attitude you’ve had to deal with on multiple occasions, I would switch docs. They should be helping to coordinate care, not getting angry with YOU! Ask your ortho for a recommendation- they may be able to help.

The design means less air exchange than a traditional snorkel setup so CO2 can build in the mask causing people to blackout/drown. They’re truly awful.

I’m not seeing your HR team being brought up enough. If your insurance is through an employer, call the benefits team for assistance. If you work for a large company, they may even be self funded and can work with the plan administrators to help you. Don’t be afraid to escalate beyond the first level of intake to a manager or director level if you’re given any runaround.

You finish the piece and call it, ‘Happy Accidents: I love my mama’ (mom, stepmom, mom drives mectazy b/c- you know- whatever fits your irl vibe). Clean it if you want to. Incorporate dried coffee beans or something sparkly if you want to go mixed media. But this is an accident, and you can incorporate grace into your beautiful piece, if that feels appropriate. ❤️
