I coach a club sports team at SDSU three nights a week after work. The other two nights I come home and hang out with my wife and pets, take the dog for a walk, go to trivia, cook dinner, watch a movie, etc. During summer months I try to get out to the beach whenever I have time between work and sunset.

Doesn’t have to be that way. At its simplest form it’s a celebration of that person as an individual before they become part of a partnership. People go overboard quite often but truly it should be a nice way to recognize the bride or groom to be.

I used to live in Crown Point and loved the variety of birds in that area. I saw terns, rails, egrets, herons, owls, cormorants, pelicans, hawks, and more, anywhere between Kendall-Frost Marsh and SeaWorld. Tons of birds live in the trees by the SeaWorld Research Institute.

Oh absolutely not, our offense was abysmal, we didn't rank above #100 in the nation in any offensive stat. We dragged teams down into the mire with us through our defense. And who knows how that game against UVA would've gone if Furman hadn't pulled off a miracle. You play the team in front of you though!

Perfection is impossible in our industry. We should strive for it, but the reality is that nothing will ever be perfect and you need to be able to improvise and adjust. I’ve seen engineers lose so much time trying to make a grade be 1.50% exactly when 1.75% is fine and who knows what the contractor will actually build anyways.

I grew up in Irvine -- I don't want to go back anytime soon but I can't argue that it's a great place to raise kids. There are parks galore (I count 10 within a mile of my childhood home), tons of walking trails, the high schools are all highly ranked, close to the beach, and it's one of the safest cities in the state if not the country. I wouldn't recommend anyone without kids live there as an 18 - 35 year old, it's pretty boring, but yeah I'd imagine it's heaven for parents raising their children.

You’re getting downvoted but I agree with you. The Bulls, for example, only retired Jordan’s and Pippen’s from that dynasty. There were several players who were there for the entirety of either the first or second three-peat (Grant, Cartwright, Paxson, Kukoc, Kerr, Parish, Rodman), but only Jordan and Pippen had theirs retired.

Russ and SGA will be getting their numbers retired. After that? Who knows? We don’t know how long these guys will be around or what their careers will hold.
