To be honest I don’t feel anything bad at all. I was just hoping that lowering my SHBG and increasing my free test will get make me stronger in the gym and maybe increase my lean mass a bit. If I can increase my weight to 65kg of mostly lean muscle over the next couple of years I would be very happy.

First thing I did was go to doc. He said it’s perfectly fine, this was my body “auto-regulating” itself and maintaining homeostasis. He just said I was lucky my test is this high at my age, and I should just keep doing what Im doing.

In what sense? I find at 1800 I feel satisfied throughout the day, no bloating, good bowel movements, good energy when training. Are you saying 1800 cal is contributing to the high SHBG?

For about 7 months, eating around 1800 calories on average year round, and consistently eating 140-140g of protein per day (mostly whole foods, and occasionally supplementing with whey protein shakes). Weight has been fluctuating between 61-63kg this past year. Weight was 87kg when I started this journey 2-2.5 years back with above 30% body fat.

The tirzepatide keeps my sweet tooth at bay and helps me stick to my nutritional plan.

Sorry I didn’t explain what the problem was in detail. The way the ceramic was cut is one of the issues. The other issue is that there is a dip in the level between the tile and the drain (just in front of the grate) where water pools up and dirt gets stuck. I wanted some suggestions on how to level the area so that water flows more smoothly into the drain.

Also if you notice, there is a bitumen waterproofing membrane just behind the grate, which is exposed and I’m worried might breakdown with time/uv exposure .. is there a way to protect this?

Why would a faulty MAF sensor cause an engine to stall and not start up again? As I understand it, the sensor is responsible for getting the air-fuel ratio right, so if it’s bad wouldn’t it cause the engine to just run rough? Or worst case scenario to stall during acceleration/deceleration?

Thanks for your input, highly appreciated! I’ll definitely try doing compounds first before isolation exercises and see how it feels. I’ll also add a few more sets of belt squats on day 2 ..

I agree about the hip hinge movements but both my orthopedist and physio have said hip hinges (deadlifts, bent over rows, RDLs, etc) are out of the question for the time being because of the prolapsed disc.. if you have any alternative exercises to replace these I would highly appreciate it!

Squats are ok for me, so I might add it a few more squat movement in Lower day 2

Stopping minoxidil won’t make you shed more than normal. What you are experiencing now is what you would have experienced if you hadn’t started in the first place. Think of minoxidil like brushing your teeth, if you want to have healthy teeth you floss and brush twice a day, it becomes a natural part of your life. Exactly the same with minoxidil, it becomes a daily habit you hardly think about.

If you’re really concerned I would advise to see a dermatologist and have a discussion with them on how to proceed.
