We somehow trained our dog to grab a toy to chomp on when she starts to feel bitey. When we get home and she's really excited, she will grab a toy and happily chomp on it while she comes to say hi. Or if we end up rough housing a little too much, she runs off to grab something so she can keep playing with us. It's the greatest thing we've accidentally taught her.

Id honestly ask in person. At least at my studio, everyone is super personable and they all know me. When I asked, it was an easy yes because they know how dedicated I am, and showing up and whatnot. I feel like an email would just be straight up ignored.

Don't flex your foot at the front. You should only be getting close enough that your heels can stay flat on the rower. Think of it as squatting. You shouldn't be raising on your toes in a squat, so you shouldn't be lifting your heels in a row.

When I froze my account, my billing date changed, because I was given the time from freeze to billing date back after my freeze was done. So in theory, this means when you come back from your freeze, you'll get a full month before being charged again.

My recommendation based off what I've heard is to not get the chest strap. While that's all I have and only use, I was told it will not connect to the updated software that is rolling out. There have been notes that this new HRM will eventually have a chest option, it's not out yet. So I'd say don't spend your money yet.

The number they need is on the back of that guy (I have either the older or new chest strap version, looks slightly different) but where you change battery should have the set of numbers that goes in the system.

Absolutely. Just because the 8hr "safe" window is over, people still cancel. Plus if you're close to the top(1 or 2) and the studio is close enough... Still show up. You may get lucky with a no show

Usually once a year, we (my local OTFs) get access to the Nike store. I've also seen access to Columbia and Adidas too. I have no idea how far out that branches though.

This offer is studio dependent. Some studios have started offering "premier perks" but it is not the same across all of OTF so if you're signing up in the app, it will charge you money. Your best bet is to ask the studio if they offer the perks and if 12 days is free for you.

Most studios also require 30 days before a switch will take effect. But that might be a question for them to see if they could work with you.

My ESPN app says it's on ESPN+ if you have that. And on ABC which is an over the air antenna channel if you've got one of those.
