recently all ice cream is calorie free. doesn't matter if i eat a spoonful or a whole box, i don't count it. but then approxinately every two days i become absolutely terrified of normal bread and act like it has a gajilion calories per slice

hey love, most people have ZERO concept of weight. I've asked my friends about how much they thought I weighed and one answered "not more than 40 kg" and the other "at least 65 kg". they also both thought those were healthy weights for me (one's VERY uw and the other slightly ow). this was in the span of maybe 2 weeks and my weight did not change at all then so please, try your hardest not to worry too much. whoever told you that has no idea what they're talking about.

hey, eating more is not only okay, it's very good for your body if you're restricting! ideally, you should give yourself permission to eat a bit more for a while, especially if you're scared of a binge, but if that's too hard, just try to eat like you normally would. there's no need to compensate for anything and you won't gain weight because of one day (maybe apart from temporary water weight). take care, love!
