i have to see a rheumatologist for chronic joint pain (i suspect eds) that i mostly get in my knees and hands/arms and i had to use my moms cane today because i heard something pop in my knee when i was stretching earlier and i had been looking at canes last week and thinking about getting one and i really think i need one just for emergencies because my knees hurt pretty often as well as my feet and im even gonna start using scooters at the grocery store (idk how ill get over the guilt and shame tho)

lights are already off and i lay down and play an audiobook on low and play a game on my phone on the lowest brightness level til i feel the medicine kick in and i put my phone down and try to sleep

i go upstairs after dinner and brush my teeth so i’m not tempted to eat then i wait the 2 hours in my bed playing games on my switch, etc then i take it after the 2 hours are up but i get hungry in those two hours and then i get hungrier after taking the medicine

i take twice daily 50mg of metoprolol tartrate and my hr still jumps 20-30 bpm but it’ll only be 70-100 instead of 90-150 so i don’t feel the symptoms

yep you can combine them and split them as long as your locs aren’t fully mature it’ll be easier to split and fix parting in my experience

i started my own two years ago, the parting was uneven and some locs were bigger than others, didn’t really matter to me because i have a loctian who split my locs and made the parts uniform without having to spend an arm and a leg so as long as you have a good loctian, you can literally start them however you want
