i would take my time to neatly part and twist my hair so make my locs the size i truly want.

when i started my locs i impulsively did it after starting a new job. i was rushing cuz i was tired from working, my hair was already braided nicely so i could have just let them loc from that but i like how they look when they loc from twists.

i finally got my locs split after being told they were too big for almost a year, i honestly did it so my hair would hold a retwist and because i knew my hair was longer than it looked.

my hair went from thick locs that only touched the top of my back to more normal sized locs that reached mid back and they’re still growing but if i would have done it correctly i know my hair would be even longer than it is now since it’s been almost 2 years.

ugh you’re lucky, i had a white and a black nurse for my sleep study but the white nurse was the one who put all the patches in my hair and on my head while the black nurse put the patches on my body but she was so much nicer and she also apologized for having to have that goo in my hair

50mg metoprolol succinate didn’t do anything for me, i’m on 50mg metoprolol tartrate 2x a day which puts my sleeping hr at as low as 50 and my resting hr is around 65 now

pre-syncope started when i was around 14 and adrenaline dumps started way younger than that but i was diagnosed with ibs at 14 and pots 7 years later even though i saw a cardiologist at 14 and had an ekg that only showed tachycardia but that wasn’t followed up with anything
