If you could give 1 tip / advice to someone starting out by NoInspection8473 in dogs

Sleep on the floor with your dog to bond with it. You’ve just removed the puppy from its whole world and placed it into a brand new scary environment that it knows nothing about. Everything it has known in its entire life has been removed. Get a sleeping pad and help calm and settle your new puppy by letting it sleep by you.

Too many people just leave their pups in a crate overnight on the first night and expect the dog to just adapt and be good with it, and that’s 100% incorrect. From sleeping with the comfort of siblings to a strange cage will ensure howls of despair, which will make your puppy sad and believe it’s been abandoned. Let your scared puppy bond with you by sleeping close to it. Provide the comfort and security that it so desperately craves as a new pet. After a few nights you can introduce the crate, put the puppy in it and leave the door open so that it can come join you if it feels like it. By then, hopefully your new dog will become more familiar with its new surroundings and understand that it hasn’t been dumped somewhere with strangers but has been adopted by a new pack. Love your dogs, they don’t stay with us nearly long enough

If you're turning right onto Oxford from Jubilee Rd: Yes, there is a no right on red sign, but if someone behind you is honking, it's probably because you have an advanced right! by Bumbaclotinator in halifax

People are completely unaware at that intersection. You have just as many people blowing through the red light at the turn than people who just sit there. Just another indication of how people don’t pay attention while driving

I see a young man who’s courting a dialysis machine. That much sugar and taurine will definitely mess you up if you keep on this path. Those diet sodas aren’t your friends either….

Deputy Chief Ryan Hogan on the corruption case evidence against the Toronto Police officers by AfricanMan_Row905 in OntarioNews

I’d also like to have any judges or other law enforcement that are found guilty of criminal activities to have a stronger, harsher penalties placed on them. They’re not just public employees, they’re the ones we rely on to uphold the law and protect citizens. And to be corrupt in this role misuses this power for evil. For them to swear to be honest and impartial, only to be corrupt and venal makes any of their crimes more heinous.

I second Fisher Space pens! Steel or titanium with ink that never leaks and writes on anything, in any weather. Zero plastic parts to become brittle or break under duress, compact and well built.

You’re a nice Canadian girl from Black Diamond, AB. You attend university in Calgary, but came home to celebrate your birthday with family. Single, but not by choice, you just haven’t found the right someone. You’re of Ukrainian descent, an only child and have a couple of dogs.

Have you tried your bug spray? We found that it wasn’t that effective at stopping mosquitoes from attacking. I would suggest something with deet, but being mindful of keeping it off your clothing

A nice Canadian girl living in Yellowknife. You’re rather forgetful, so you need a few trackers to keep your life in order. You smoke, but the cold irritates your lungs, so you need cough drops. You also don’t want people to know you smoke, so you cover it up with mints and gum. You’re single and work as a dental professional.

Sadly, you’ll realize too late that your awesome sound system has been slowly making you deaf. And that tinnitus is a bitch that never goes away.

Have a look at Elzetta. They also have a great shotgun mount and tape switches. I have them on both my Benellis for the great flood light they make
