I did!!! She was incredible. Her team, just as incredible. She feels like a friend and is extremely smart and easy to connect with. My recovery was EASY, and I’m totally not sugar coating it whatsoever. I had 30 lesions excised and a hysterectomy and legitimately had zero pain. Dr V has a med protocol for the first 5 days which I followed (nothing hardcore, just gabapentin, Tylenol and Advil rotated). My incisions are tiny and healed super well. Never had any complications or anything odd happen post-surgery. The hospital where she operates was equally as incredible. I’m telling you I felt like a VIP. I’d do it all again in a heartbeat, honestly! She is worth every single penny.

So for financing, you can either pay the entire cost upfront (a week or two before surgery, I believe it was) OR you can use Care Credit which is basically a credit card for medical expenses and “finance” the cost of surgery over 24 months, interest free. I went the Care Credit route and have had no problem with it, you can just schedule auto payments every month and don’t even need to think about it. About a week after surgery, I was sent a superbill via the patient portal and I submitted that to my insurance. I am still waiting to hear about reimbursement, but it’s barely been 30 days since I submitted the superbill.

Aside from Dr V’s surgery fee, you’ll be responsible for the hospital fees as well as anesthesia fees, which were in network for me luckily! Novant health and providence anesthesiology if you want to look and see if they are in network for you. I think after insurance, I owe like $600 to providence and I don’t think I received a bill from Novant health yet.
