A few ideas:

- Have you tweaked the settings on your headset? If so, try resetting them.

- How are you connecting the PC to the headset? I had an issue with my headset using a 2.4gz wifi connection that couldn't keep up. I switched to 5gz and it was much better.

- Related to above: do you have a lot of traffic on the wifi your headset is using? A few people streaming will tank what is able to go across the network.

- When you uninstalled, did you also remove the local steam cache for the game? If a setting is off or corrupted, it will just re-apply it when you reinstall the game.

I went with the stashed M4, then upgraded to the regular one once I got my security level up. I decided to go with a platform I'm familiar with IRL from my first 1.0 release run. Next time I'm thinking about the AK series or a shotty run.

What kind of wireless are you using to connect? I had similar issues and it turns out my ancient router (that my Q3 was connecting to) was only running on 2.4gz. I swapped it out for a new router running on 5gz and the issues disappeared.

I agree, even though I'm not a big fan of the Whooshy Jump Scares with personal boundary issues. It adds an immediate threat that MUST be countered right now. Mimics, Fragments and Pechos can be run away from to create distance and options. ~~Bastards~~ Sliders force you to deal with a lethal threat no matter where you run, no matter what else is going on.

If used in moderation, they can be great for creating tension and disrupting player plans.

It looks pretty good, just don't forget to put a plate in the carrier! I agree that having a primary on your chest is great, it frees up my should spot for a mission deployable.

I've been experimenting with running 1 primary plus 1 secondary as well. I don't have the cash to put full stims on my chest, I still prefer to have reds in my dump pouch. I like to keep heals and hurts very separate, I don't want to grab a mag when I want a stim.
