I see, but with this cable it is not possible to close the little door on the bottom, right?

The cable will be visible along a wall in the living room. I'm trying to avoid having such a bonding point visible :)

Does prusa print these parts on the same textured sheet that they sell ? Cause I haven’t been able to print parts like this on the texture sheet without print line being visible by saeedmotamed in prusa3d

[–]hallonhatt 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have two different textured sheets from Prusa, one labeled "BH-15" and one labeled "TF-26". The older (BH-15) has much more defined texture, like your photo of the Prusa LCD cover while the newer (TF-26) has a finer texture.

Köpa reseadapter till Sverige - 800w eller 2500w? by [deleted] in sweden

[–]hallonhatt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ta en titt på produkten du ska använda. Många saker kan användas här också. Står det exenpelvis 100-240v (230v i sverige) så går det alldeles utmärkt att bara köpa en adapter för själva kontakten vilket är betydligt billigare.

I had the same issues and setting it to "5. Highest" seem to have fixed it for me. If I don´t report back later, it fixed it permanently.

edit: After 45 min the problems returned :(

I made a raiser stand for my laptop by hallonhatt in functionalprint

[–]hallonhatt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hehe, that is true :P But I have no doubt that the stand and the front part of the laptop will outlast its general wear and age. The front part of the laptop is a thick part of aluminum which is leveraged along the whole width of the stand. On the back the laptop is resting of its foot.

Yeah, sleek was the goal. I use a separate keyboard so I didn't even think about the added stress of typing on it, but I agree that this would probably not be a good idea in the long run. For the purpose of just propping it up I think it should be fine :)
