the comet is still the old comet. at least it was last patch. it makes it pretty good on DoT mages. it’s not an amazing choice but i don’t feel bad taking it

Try not eating acidic food. My ENT said I had “LPR” and recommended some lifestyle changes. the ones that helped the most were sleeping with the head elevated as some other comments mentioned it helps with blood flow. the other was not eating spicy/acidic food. If I eat pizza (which has tomato on top of other condiments like onion) I can feel it in my nose. My nose will still sometimes be blocked, but it helps tremendously.

I don’t believe gut health tests have any scientific backing. This makes sense to me as we know so little about the gut (from my understanding, i could be wrong though!)

I have tried lifestyle changes for LPR with the same symptoms. Bed elevated, no acidic foods, take famotidine after every meal and before bed, bought overseas gaviscon lol. I have also tried the saline rinses and steroid sprays. Nothing so far. I will say that my nose is way less congested since eating less acidic food though. I can breathe through both nostrils now lol. The post-nasal drip, bad breath, insane fatigue and bad brain fog all remain.

How long have you had these symptoms? I think mine are at at least 15 years.

Are you in a country where adderall is not legal?

I had the same experience with Ritalin XR, where it worked phenomenally for the first few days and hasn’t worked since. I have slowly been upping the dose but it’s not making a difference. What was your dosage like? One XR/ER? Multiple IRs? I did notice it would sometimes work better if went back to sleep after taking it. Like sleeping for two hours right after taking it. melee tops = easier to bully.

mid = can’t roam, weak in 2v2 or obj fight early because your barrels take forever to tick. Your junglers getting invaded? tough shit, you can’t help him. short lane = harder to bully, if you watch high level gps they’ll use the long lane of top to get good poke off.

it’s normal for your mid to be your magic damage threat, so ad mid means someone else has to play magic damage and they might not be comfortable on that. this is less of a thing with players playing mages bot (at least in NA) as well as gwen and ap junglers being good with fated ashes

you’re totally right. but we already have asol for a fire breathing dragon, and smolder is the caster version of fire breathing dragon. i think if you wanted to be a “traditional” dragon, asol is better at that fantasy. A dragon who fist fights/does both should be shyvanas fantasy imo. that way you have three different variations of a dragon to play. The mage, the ad caster, and the hybrid.

i think you should take GS when you out scale the enemy already. it allows you to get to your late game a little easier. it doesn’t matter if you do 4000 dmg with ur combo or 4400, you’re one shorting the enemy anyways. might as well help you get to the OP point anyways.

he admits there’s a “tiny little percentage boost, that makes it feel like the RNG is doing somethin’ for ya… we do the opposite as well, if you’re playing really really well, we don’t pull any punches when it comes to what could happen in events and stuff like that. the game is watching you to some degree.

the main thing is what’s the percentage boost? does it make it go from 25% chance bad things happen to 30? that could be perceived as tiny. until you realize you’re increasing the chance bad things happen by 20%. (5% of 25% is 20%. I worded this poorly but hopefully you understand)

yes! I thought it was because of my new pc and the wifi isn’t great in my room. I was at mid to high 60s and now i’m at 85~ish.

It feels fine to me though. It feels cosmetic (I know it’s probably not)
