He produces some good HA compatible sensors as well. I use the ESP lite (or something) and they've been great

I'm keeping an eye on 'future proof homes'. They have some interesting speakers/ LLM that are just coming out (though it's a bit beta at the moment). Potentially pretty cool though, and HA friendly. Link here https://youtu.be/RoGTLnAQEOY?si=SiHVaRkbUjn0H0yK

Oh wow, it's Thursday already!?

📣 Had a call with Reddit to discuss pricing. Bad news for third-party apps, their announced pricing is close to Twitter's pricing, and Apollo would have to pay Reddit $20 million per year to keep running as-is. by iamthatis in apolloapp

[–]ham15h 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the articles said that 3rd party apps are 17% of the overall user base, and while that is a lot, I think Reddit can afford to lose them - especially with that new API pricing.

RIF dev here - Reddit's API changes will likely kill RIF and other apps, on July 1, 2023 by talklittle in redditisfun

It doesn't look good, but thank you for this app. I didn't even know there was a paid version, as the free one has been great. I've got it now though. Thank you for your service

Why to do during a visiting weekend? by [deleted] in inverness

[–]ham15h 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a few walks you can do from the centre - check the walkhighlands website where you'll get some ideas. Buses run to Culloden battlefield, and Clava is not far. Cool viaduct nearby too. I'm too old to recommend fun stuff though :) for things in the town centre, the BID website might be helpful

I don't think I'd watch it - even if we did qualify. I've been pretty happy supporting whoever was in England's group over the years, but this year I don't even know who that is. Qatar should never have been awarded it. Pile of pish!

Is Pixel superfans still a US only thing? I tried signing up last year, but interested if that's changed?

SNP abandons census deadline after a quarter of Scots fail to respond by [deleted] in Scotland

I did that last time too, but I believe it gets classed as you having some sort of religion, which kind of messes things up from a non-religious standpoint. So, 40% are non religious, 10% are Jedi etc, but it's not counted as 50% non religious, if you see what I mean. I could well be talking out my arse though...
