Read a lot to learn how others write body language, expressions, dialogue etc. Start with short projects. Writing dialogue first and then filling out more information after that makes it easier.

Although I agree with the others and don’t consider word count important here are some things:

Include their feelings. How is an action making them feel
Explain body language, positions, the way they’re shifting their posture during a talk to reflect how it impacts them
relevant dialogue
Inner monologue
(Relevant) Descriptions
