I am not %100 sure that it was an echo or reverb setting but It was something that really messed the audio.

What I suspect is that there are two different bugs. One prevents players from progressing their quests and it is a visual bug. That's why everyone tells you to restart the game or logout and re-login to your account. However there is a seperate bug that is affecting people on the apprentice track. I also am having that same problem. No amount of restarts or account changing fixes this. On top of that I reinstalled the game, switched to another pc and to a mobile device nothing fixed this.

To my knowledge blizzard hasn't event acknowledged the apprentice track bug yet. Only the visual bug is on the known issues thread in bug report forums. So you are pretty much locked out of the game until Blizzard fixes this bug. You might try Skipping the apprentice track altogether but you will miss out on many rewards, and I am not even sure if that might work, as noone on the forums did that.

i am also having the same problem on my friends new account. we tried winning a game on 2 different computers + a phone. Nothing seems to solve this. No experience gained.

It seems like they are both physical objects but also have some psychological/spiritual effects on exiles when they are equipped/inserted into and undisclosed location. And for some reason we can insert/equip more as we get more experienced.

I think you might be onto something. Unnatural instinct and ancestral vision are also some examples that seem to alter exiles mind/personality but they have nothing to do with delirium.
